Portland United FC, Grove Corner, Portland, Dorset.

The Race will start at 11am prompt.

 

Entries will be taken up to 10.30am on the day and any pre-race enquires should be make to the organiser (Ken Ballam 01202 429137).

 

Toilets

 

Facilities will be provided near to the start & finish.

 

Start

 

Runners should head for the start line at 10.45am.

 

Course

 

The roads will be open to traffic, please run on the left-hand side unless directed by a Marshal.

 

Water Station

 

The water station will be sited at 5K and near to the finish.

 

Finish

 

Please enter the funnel that you are directed into by the officials and remain in finishing order.

 

First Aid

 

St.John Ambulance will provide first aid around the course and at the finish.

 

 

Numbers

 

All runners must wear their race number securely pinned to the front of their vests and the age category card on the back.

 

Directions

 

From Wemouth take the A354 to Portland. Follow the one way system to the top of the Island where there is a roundabout (hotel on left, garage on right). Proceed over the roundabout and carry on for 500m. Turn left into Grove Road and the Football Club is approx 300m on the left hand side.  Post Code for GPS is DT5 1DP
